Cooking and using earthen utensils is much better than cooking in a normal utensil, not just for its various health benefits, but also makes it much simpler to cook and improves the quality of the food at the end. The porosity and natural insulation properties of clay causes heat and moisture to circulate throughout clay pots.
1st time Using Tip: completely Dip the utensil in water for 20 hours & then fill the vessel with rice starch for 3-4 hours, this improves the life of the utensils
Cooking Tip: Never cook on high flame always cook on low to medium flame. When the utensil is hot do not pour cold water, let the vessel temperature come to normal then wash.
Washing tip: No need of using chemical detergents on the utensils or metal srcubbers wash them with hot water and use sponge to clean them
Shelf life improvement tip: Boil water in the vessel for few min & then dispose the water to remove oil & stains, this will also strengthen & hygiene the utensil. Do it once a week
